I'm racing in the Superone Championship this year!
Preparation for the Season
I'm kicking off with the '0' plate event at Rowrah on March 28-29. With 11 weeks to prepare, my parents and I improved our diet by replacing sweet snacks with healthier options like fruit, crackers, yoghurt, and upping carbs and protein.
Fitness and Exercise Routine
We created a weekly exercise plan tailored to my age and the sport's needs. I'll share my workout schedule and favourite exercises soon.
Simulator Training
My sim sessions now include practice, qualifying, and race stints—each eight minutes with breaks. My driver coach will join online for support.
Mental Preparation
We've added breathing exercises, affirmations, and mental games to help me stay focused during training and races. I'll post weekly updates on my progress and tips.
