2026 Pre-Season
I'm racing in the Superone Championship this year! Preparation for the Season I'm kicking off with the '0' plate event at Rowrah on March 28-29. With 11 weeks to prepare, my parents and I improved our diet by replacing sweet snacks with healthier options like fruit, crackers, yoghurt, and upping carbs and protein. Fitness and Exercise Routine We created a weekly exercise plan tailored to my age and the sport's needs. I'll share my workout schedule and favourite exercises soon
